About Us

picture of Nick Foss of Train4LawI am Nick Foss.

I endeavour to deal with all matters personally but from time to time I will enlist the assistance of other solicitors who I consider match my own standards of expertise and professionalism.

My firm does not represent individual clients but offers a highly professional specialist service to Sixth Form Colleges and firms of Solicitors in the areas of legal education and training.

I have been employed in the legal profession in excess of 25 years. During that time I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in many different areas of the law ranging from injury claims to conveyancing and including criminal and family law.

As a former Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives I qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 gaining a First Class Honours pass in the then Law Society Final examinations.

Latterly my area of expertise has been in the area of personal injury and road traffic accident claims and I was a member of the P.I. Panel shortly after its inception.

Having worked at three of the largest personal injury firms in the provinces – Wolferstans, Canter Levin and Berg (where I was an equity and resident partner) and Scott Rees and Co I decided in 2007 to leave the profession and establish my own training firm.

I have successfully run paralegal training courses on an in house basis to firms of solicitors and in addition I teach the ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law Course. I am about to complete my teaching qualification.

I want students and employees alike to have the same opportunities that I took advantage of to enjoy a fruitful career in the legal profession.
